How to Update the Amazon Brand Ads Custom Image for Existing Campaigns?

First, you need to select the campaign you wish to edit and click on the ad group. Then, click on “Manage Creative.”

Then you need to select the ad group which custom image you want to update.

Step 3: Select Manage Creative

Then go to the managed creative section.

Step 4: Select Custom Image

You will find the custom image section at the end.

Here you will find 3 options to update the custom image that are shown below.  

  • Choose from creative assets: You can easily create a lifestyle image from creative assets if you already have one created and uploaded to the creative section.
  • Upload Image: If you had an image created on your local disk you can upload the image by selecting the upload image section.
  • Choose an AI-generated Image: You can simply make your own image by giving commands to the Amazon AI.

Here we have given a command to make one image with our product and Amazon gives this result which is really impressive.  After submitting the final image it can take up to 72 hours but from our experience, we have seen it updated within 24 hours most of the time.

To add custom images to the new campaigns you have to go at the bottom of the campaign creation page.
