Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) has many benefits that let Amazon pick, pack, and ship your orders. So, while you are using FBA, you do not need to worry about any of these, Amazon will take care of all these processes of picking, packing, and shipping. Now, sometimes you need to move from FBA to Fulfilment by Merchant (FBM) for so many reasons. For example, you have some items on FBA that are not being sold for a long time and you are at a loss paying amazon the FBA fees. In that case, it is a must for you to shift from FBA to FBM urgently. In this article, we will show you this easy step to move your items from FBA to FBM.
First of all, you have to log into your account and search for the items which you want to bring back.
Now, click on the “edit” dropdown and click on “Change to Fulfilled by Merchant”.
You will find this notification. You have selected listings currently fulfilled by Amazon. When you move them to “Fulfilled by Merchant”, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders yourself. Note: If you have any inventory for these items in Amazon’s fulfillment centers, they will remain there unless you request to have them shipped back to you. So you have to request Amazon to send your items to you also.
Click on the “Convert” button.
You will find your item has become “Fulfilled By Merchant”.
