Here sellers are willingly selling their products lower than the original price they have already listed on their seller account. A seller can accept a customer’s offer at any time.

Eligible Customers for this Make an Offer Feature?

For getting this negotiated pricing advantage, amazon business customers must need a registered business account. And then they will get an Amazon business ID which will allow them to add their business customer to their negotiated pricing customer list.

Let’s get started with the process…

Before starting the process, you must know your specific customer’s Amazon business ID. If you don’t have one, please contact your customer and get his business ID. And also, confirm that the item is listed on your account and has an inventory that you want to add to the negotiated price sheet.

Step 1:

  •  Log in to your Amazon account and go to Seller Central.
  • Then hover over on the Pricing tab and click on the Negotiated Pricing option from the drop-down.

  • From the Negotiated Pricing page click on Add customer button.

  • Enter your customer’s Amazon Business ID and click Search. For the Customer ID, you need to contact your customer.

  • Verify if the Amazon Business customer’s name and address are associated with the Business ID. If it is the correct customer then click on the Add customer button. If it is not your customer then click Wrong Business and search again.

  • Then you will be redirected to the Negotiated pricing page and find the Upload price sheet button.

Step 2: In this step upload a pricing sheet file. 

  • Click the Upload price sheet button
  • This will take you to add price sheet page.

Here you can add a sheet in two ways. They are:

  • If you have a file on your local device: If you already created an XLSX file sheet that you create for your customer for negotiated pricing, then you click on Browse and select file.

  • Don’t have any file prepared: If you don’t have the file then you simply click on Download blank template, open this file, and edit. Add the product  SKU and price. You can only add your listed items in this file.

Step 3: In this step, upload the XLSX file.

  • After completing your XLSX sheet save it and upload the sheet by clicking on the Browse option
  • Then fill up the version description, start date, and end date
  • After filling up all the fields, then click the Upload price sheet button

  • Once you upload a price sheet, it will be processed and then sent to the customer for approval. When the customer approves it, the prices become live on the start date listed and are available to the Amazon Business buyer until the end date listed on the price sheet.
  • After uploading the price sheet it will show you the sheet is in progress.
  • When the customer approves it, then the price becomes live according to the start and available until termination of the end date.

You can also modify, edit, or view the negotiated price sheet that was submitted previously at any time. It is easy to modify and update. That is all about setting up the negotiated prices on your seller account.
