Step 1: Log into your seller central, hover over “Performance” and click on “Account Health” from the dropdown.

On the Account Health page, you will have the summary of your performance matrix. You will find here Order Defect Rate, Policy Compliance, Late Shipment Rate, Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate, and Valid Tracking Rate. To sell on Amazon, you have to follow these targets and policies.

Step 2: Now, Click on the Customer Service Performance to see the full report on Order Defect Rate. Order Defect Rate is the number of orders with defects divided by the total number of orders. An order with defects results in negative feedback, an A-to-z Guarantee claim that is not denied, or a credit card chargeback. To sell on Amazon you have to maintain Order Defect Rate (ODR) under 1%. More than 1% ODR may result in account deactivation. You can download Order Defect Rate by clicking on the Download Report button.

Step 3: Click on Product Policy Compliance, if any of your listings violates Amazon policy such as pesticide, you will find those listings here. If you think your listing has been removed in error, you can Appeal here by clicking on the Appeal button.

Step 4: Click on the Shipping Performance tab, you will find Late Shipment Rate, Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate, Valid Tracking Rate, and On-Time Delivery Rate. If your rate is lower, you have to make them upper to continue your business successfully.

Step 5: Now Click on the Report tab and go to the Orders with Defects options from the drop down menu. You will find here a bar chart of Orders with Defects. This report contains canceled, late shipped, or negative feedback received order, an A-to-z Guarantee claim, or a chargeback claim over the past 12 months. Your Pre-fulfilment Cancel Rate, Late Shipment Rate and Order Defect Rate are calculated based on these orders.

Step 6: After that, click on the Performance Over Time and you will find a report. This report provides a summary of orders that were canceled, shipped late, received negative feedback, and an A-to-z Guarantee claim, or a chargeback claim over the past 12 months.

Step 7: Click on Eligibilities and you will find whether you are eligible for Premium Shipping or not. To be eligible for Premium Shipping, you need to have 97% On-Time Delivery Rate, less than 0.5% Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate, and 99% Valid Tracking Usage Rate. 

Step 8: Press on the Voice of the Customer tab, you will find your listings status here. You can solve very poor listing by clicking on the Fixed Issue button.
