You will find a sign-up application when you click on Join Marketplace. You need to fill up this sign-up form to become a seller on Shein. You need to fill up your name, job title, email, phone number, company name, and company website.

Step 3:

Then, you need to choose the category that your products belong to. Then select yes if you operate and fulfill your product in the US. Then you need to provide your company’s annual revenue information accurately and select your sales channel. If you have any solution providers, fill up this. In the last box, you should briefly describe your business. If you agree with their policy, check this box and click ‘Submit’.

Your sign-up process is done. Now someone from Shein will review your application within 1 to 3 business days. If they approve your application, you’ll receive dedicated onboarding support to assist you in setting up your shop.

Firstly, you need to go to the Seller Hub. Then, on the left side of your Seller Hub, you will see products. From the product, click on Publish Product.

Then a new page will appear. On this page, you need to select your product category. The system automatically subcategorizes your category. Then click on the published product.

Once the new page appears, you need to add your product title, description, brand, and product number. You can add a thousand characters to your title. And another thing is you can add a multi-language title and description. For that, you need to click on the Add Multi-language Title and description box. Then you need to submit your product brand and product number. 

Next are your category attributes. There are a lot of things you need to fill up. You need to mention if your product is seasonal or not. Then you need to fill up your product type, occasion, features, etc. that align with your products. 

Once you have completed filling up the attributes, you need to fill up the specification and supply information. 

You have to specify the color. You can choose your color from the available list, or you can customize it by clicking on Customize Specification. Now click add specification and add size in the same process. If you can’t find your desired size, you can customize it.

Then, you have to add the main specification images. You can drag and drop this from your PC, or you can click upload. Then fill up the detail map section, such as selecting size, images, etc. You can add product videos to Shein as well.

Then, in the next part, fill up the supply information. Here you need to add the product’s weight, length, width, height, etc., and fill up the seller’s SKU. Then click on the enter button. If you look below, you will find the inventory editing option. Here also, you need to fill up the color, size, inventory location, and units, and then click enter. 

Now, you have to give the original price and the special price and click enter. Once you have filled up all the information, click on the Publish Products button.

Once you click on the Publish Products button, your product has been submitted successfully. Then you need to wait for Shein’s approval. 

How to check Product Records

From the menu, go to the product list and click on publish record. Here are your products for now, waiting for final review and approval. After getting approval, you can see this product here in the publish products section.
