Step 1: First, sign in to your Newegg account.
Step 2: After login, you will find the items menu on your left sidebar. Click on the Items menu and select the Batch Item Creation/Update.
Step 3: On the Batch Item Creation/Update page, click on the Download File Template and then select the Batch Item Creation under the Action field.
Step 4: Now, you need to select the Industry and Category according to your products. We select Computer Hardware and 2in1Laptops as an example.
Step 5: After selecting the industry and category attributes, you need to click on the Download File Template option to download your excel file.
Step 6: Open your downloaded file template and fill up all the required fields (red columns) according to your products.
Step 7: Since our item has variation, so we must fill out the Related Seller Part# column and variation themes like Size or Color.
Step 8: After preparing the feed file, we need to upload it on Newegg. To do so, follow the below process.
Items > Batch Item Creation/Update > Upload File > then click on the Select files option to select the prepared data feed.
Step 9: After selecting the data feed, you just need to click on the UPLOAD FILES option to upload your feed file.
If your feed file is uploaded successfully then it’ll be showing you a message “Your file has been uploaded successfully” with a warning sign.
Step 10: Now you can check the feed status which is under the Uploaded File Status and History. If the feed status is showing the initial status then click on the REFRESH LIST button again and again.
