Global Shipping Program (GSP)
From 2013 eBay has been offering Global Shipping Program around the world. They have already listed 101 countries and including more in this program. This program enables seller and shopper to expand selling and shopping horizon all over the world. For a shopper, it makes easier to find those hard-to-find items locally. GSP sellers have seen that their sales increased by up to 15%. This protected service is just as simple and worry-free for both seller and shopper as shipping and shopping locally.
For Seller: Suppose one customer from New Zealand ordered one of the items from your store. If you enable GSP service you do not need to send the item to New Zealand. You only need to send it to the eBay domestic Shipping Centre. So it is just as you usually do for your local shipping. Once eBay receives the item, they will repackage, put shipping label and get it to the customer with taking care of all the tariffs, fees & customs.
For Buyer: Buyer loves GSP as they get the locally unavailable items easily with complete tracking and money back guarantee. When a buyer sees the item, he will see the item price plus estimated shipping and import charges.
So he or she does not need to pay any kind of surprise charge when he gets his or her item at his or her hand.

Advantage of eBay International Shipping
- Free Shipping: No extra charge is needed to join the Global Shipping Program, but some charges still apply to seller and buyer as they would with a normal listing on eBay. For a seller it is only necessary to send the item to the domestic eBay shipping center as would send it to the local customer. Buyers have to pay the shipping and import charge. This is the only difference between local and international buyer. They eagerly pay this charge for their cherished items.
- Money back guarantee: If the item is lost or damaged along the way just open a Money Back Guarantee case, the GSP protections and policies will cover you.
- Item tracking: When you create manually or print an eBay shipping label tracking number will appear in My eBay and on Order details page automatically.
- 5 star rating: You will receive 5 stars rating for providing free domestic shipping to the shipping center. If you charge for domestic shipping to the shipping center, you will receive a rating below 5 stars but it will not count against your seller performance standards.
- Negative or neutral feedback removal: Any negative or neutral feedback that can be attributed to the Global Shipping Program from item handling during international transit process will be removed automatically.
The Global Shipping Program eliminates all the complexity of international shipping. Just send your item to the eBay shipping center, they will manage every step until the item reaches its buyer.
So I have as of 3 days ago (7/21/2019) I removed all & or any offerings with GSP & Cut all ties with them … I Finally Got the old Kick in the Teeth By Them & (At the typical catch 22 of eBay) … LIARS, THIEVES & CHEATS Sold a TOOL sober 10″ Picture Disc went to the UK ~ Customer sent me 5 Pictures (Clearly the Vinyl & its Sleeve were cut-Deep with an Exacto knife) Then My Clear Tape covered by NEW paper Brown tape (Obviously Opened, Damaged & Shipped nevertheless) When the customer got the package (No Option to file claim against GSP) Only against the Seller as pre-set in place with E-Bay (Against ME) … I Am Out $70 & No ?? The 10″ Rarity was opened by an IDIOT! Yes, it could have been the Buyer (But So Much for Insurance) & BYE BYE 2 GSP (Just Thought I would share) To warn others of the Escape Goat they use to Lie, Cheat & Steal … When they open the package & Ship it forward that was to mean it passed the inspection of as described (Supposedly I am Protected against any damages forward with Insurance) & IS THE buyer (But They PURPOSELY Make it Impossible to submit a claim) Forcing claims against only Sellers … No Way to address GSP & Or E-Bay as E-Bay Passes the Buck to GSP & The Insurance the Buyer paid for is Disabled in filing any claims with … They are left to file only claims against sellers & E-Bay will Auto-Refund (If U don’t)
