How to Create eBay Store Categories

An eBay store is an opportunity for you to showcase all of your products in one location, where customers can learn more about you, your products and your policies.
To organize your items and help the buyers to find the desired products easily, you need to add them into the correct categories. It will give your customer a better experience. Category is important because lots of buyers refine the searches by category.
So let’s see how you can create the eBay store categories
Step 1: Log into your eBay account first and go to My eBay > Selling
Step 2: Now find out the Manage Store option under the Overview tab
Overview > Selling Tools > Manage Store
Step 3: Click on the Manage Store option and it will redirect you to the Edit Store page.
Step 4: Now click on the Store categories from the left menu bar
Step 5: Click on the Add Store categories button to create a new category. You can add up to 300 store categories
Step 6: Write the Category name in the Category name field. You can add more by clicking on the + Add More.
Step 7: Once done click on the Save button
Step 8: If you want to add a subcategory, click on the Edit option next to the category name and select Add Subcategories
Step 9: After creating Categories and Subcategories go back to the eBay listing to apply the Store Categories
Step 10: Once applied and if the product is in stock, you will see that category and the product in your store.
