AMAZON BRAND STORE GUIDELINES & REQUIREMENTS

Amazon Store is a great way to translate a brand’s unique digital experience to Amazon. It gives brands the ability to control their brand story and banners using a landing page on Amazon and by offering a curated shopping experience, these pages can improve customer satisfaction and boost brand loyalty.   

At Ecomclips, we recommend to follow Amazon guidelines strictly while creating the brand store to deliver a functional and effective Amazon Store. Here are the basic guidelines that can help you going forward while designing your first store ever on Amazon.

PAGE SECTIONS AND TILES

Store pages have customizable sections of tiles. Each tile can contain content such as text, images, videos and products.

CATEGORY LIMITS PER PAGE

Each store page has a title section and must have at least 1 additional content tile.

Each page can contain up to 20 sections in total, most of which include:

  • 4 background video tiles
  • 1 product grid tile
  • 1 gallery tile
  • 1 featured deals tile
  • 1 recommended products tile

If you reach the limit of one of these types of tiles, you will not be able to add another until you have deleted one such existing tile.

Tile sizes

2 categories of tiles:

1. Basic tiles 

2.  Variable-height tiles

Basic tiles

This tiles are locked with a certain shape ratio.
There are 4 basic tile sizes:
1. Full width
2. Large
3. Medium
4. Small

Available Sizes by tile type

Variable-height tiles

Variable-height tiles allow you to change the tile shape ratio depending on the height of the content. Image and text tiles support variable height.

Adjust to your preferred image height by moving the vertical handles in the tool.
