Ecomclips encourages our customers and prospective customers to become familiar with the terms and conditions before proceeding to order products or services from us. Your Order constitutes an offer to purchase Services in accordance with this Agreement.

By visiting web-sites belonging to Ecomclips, or by ordering any products or services from us, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Ecomclips reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

You are encouraged to check back on our Terms and Conditions from time to time to be well-informed of any changes.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE: The Contract may be terminated by either party by giving a notice from at least 30 days prior to the other expiring on the last day of the minimum Contract term or at any time thereafter. If Ecomclips gives notice, the Client shall pay all charges up to the expiry of the notice. If the Client gives the notice, the Client shall pay all charges until 30 days after the date Ecomclips receives the notice or until expiry of the notice, whichever is the latter. The Client’s notice does not avoid any other liabilities for the Services already provided. Ecomclips reserves the right during the minimum Contract term to terminate this Contract by giving to the Client not less than 30 days prior written notice of termination.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS: The Client shall take full responsibility for and shall obtain any and all necessary consents and clearances to enable the Client lawfully to make use of all and any intellectual property rights through the Services, including without limitation, clearance and/or consents in respect of the Client’s proposed domain name(s) and in respect of the Content provided to eComClips for Web Site Design services.

ASSIGNMENTS: The Client may assign all or part of the Contract to any other party with the prior written (Skype, Email or Letter) agreement to Ecomclips. Ecomclips reserves the right to assign all or part of this Contract at any time to any subsidiary or associate company of Ecomclips.

LAW: Governed by and construed in accordance with Bangladeshi law and the client hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Bangladeshi courts.
