When it comes to trademarks, Amazon has the following \u201cMaximum service fees\u201d pre-negotiated with those law firms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A high-level brand search of Trademark Office records for relevant pending applications or registrations = $500<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A comprehensive brand review including Trademark Office records and unregistered uses = $1800<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filing a US trademark application = $600 (plus government fees or approximately $275)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Government Filing Fees&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Government filing fees are $275 per class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whether you use a lawyer through IP Accelerator, any other lawyer, or do all the paperwork and file for your trademark yourself, you will always have to pay this fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A \u2018class\u2019 is the category your brand\u2019s products will fall under \u2014 e.g. 028 Toys and Sporting goods or 018 Leather goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you feel your brand may have products that are covered by more than one class (or may have in the future) it\u2019s your call whether you want to file your trademark under each class.
