If we use Sellercloud we must need to import tracking information to Sellercloud so that information will import to Marketplace through Sellercloud. SellerCloud offers a template that can be used to import the tracking information. Let&#8217;s see how we can upload Tracking Information on SellerCloud. We can obtain a Tracking information file from FedEx or anywhere else. You need to update the Tracking information on SellerCloud in four steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exporting Unshipped Orders from SellerCloud<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collecting Tracking Information from FedEx<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing Tracking Information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Importing Tracking Information into SellerCloud&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">1) <strong>Exporting Unshipped Orders from SellerCloud:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To download or export order from Sellercloud, we need to go to Order tab on Sellerclod<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/dbSWFtyI-BcyXl5ZXPhsDsKOOAaHasZ2IIyHLnfuptV80BfBmDMnxwiNApRvvzKdsSyEM22CdYTCCHSHgboPWZMICpeKaId2xSXTJTAJw0qdsIlTa13Fv803L4uW7nX4Jc1Z-r-1\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on Advanced Search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/uurt7HszqWawFbMPruWkDmiuGrSS107JXeNXOPO5c9JxfmI8M5jYTWexhvkeuoxVgSTlY5FkUNHSu-pLHG1u04SRVSMpj52b0d-HuXm8yLuUFAXxhKCiA24nu0tULaxGKpvJpBfe\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Filter with the following parameters according to your requirement like below<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>DateRange: Last 120 Days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OrderStatus: InProcess<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exported: Exported<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PaymentStatus: Charged or Partial Refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ShippingStatus: Unshipped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirmed: Confirmed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on the Search button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/aXi8WgBzCOQ4ptAK1sB-kNldGqz_ske2VJ0J1ZnuN3emPVwhuboZDvkwgE0tDvHVuXbX43BdRgGo1NxSjsx7wVzV4v8cDbvauw0ZZmwHXy4o70hpOyWE84JF6nIWBKw2TLr0otF7\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The next page will seem. Select the Format General and File Type Excel, you can choose the file type according to your preferred type. Here we are collecting the tracking Information from FedEx as we use this Shipping Carrier to ship our products. But you can have the information from any place. To collect Tracking Information from FedEx, you need to log into FedEx. After logging into FedEx, you will find a Customized Views button at the upper right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/MwmGelasBrR0RLJxO26dfp5SsAYtkpso4sPuTXCfDthpoHNPl6-S7xlvTsDdAH-OUgks8PhZ-0lVNt9YyS-vg3SMf9bgOJ-PFxErDOvw2LQ9kDxy7WMihuKmCTuqZzIAKfEi0Uns\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on the Customized Views button and then click on the Company\u2019s name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/8xJ4R1kcjmRA9LVF5bUcTK4pCI_VjbYJXxiXbWEJ9jXbCLRIa1WR2SjB4Uj4AbYWDULqlZWeJpBEehOV6y6eVuoZvQTovN4NeRkqE73OHvQg3CGQZ6txOjtRQoLa7aSxfFn2Cah2\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on Download Results and then the Submit button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/uQKtf1Duh6bHEJ1GtDQsf4xyI9ST9b0fJAdU9sKWlizspnZPuFBsCQUlVKJTe7FveyKltTVc0FmpF6brh7NT1lYhWupRI042z0iBdHqLykMorQmL9201yBIfd6aWZS1gG0wghME9\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A CSV file will be downloaded, open the downloaded document with excel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>3) Processing Tracking Information<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open the Order Export file, that you have downloaded from <a href=\"https:\/\/help.sellercloud.com\/omnichannel-ecommerce\/importing-tracking-for-orders-and-drop-ship-p-os-overview\/\">SellerCloud<\/a>. Copy Order Numbers (First Column).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/ZNBYmZBahf1xoE2ZimqdoVxSZw3EQ7jhkWqKpf13qcxJLHHI5psOCz_CsNy-S8tfqJML6NY6Q_P_xKqnAUr0M9IwlYqX6DVbKfGTA79hKemlDB-Ce5cgaz-hJ98FuJqCfRRFaJ5Y\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paste Order Numbers into the PO# Column on the FedEx sheet.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/Wm2GV1mBXCNKSfO9sPnZN7og9npzAyxFp1BuXX0adbeTa0ThQ5EFnw2WLAImzU6qBcCc6MqE7FIGPMn3FbzzVCsoylr7Ej2GhYHJ6a_mO4bUh2bbBG-lpZoYkuZtNqvPt6Lyuq5X\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apply conditional formatting, Highlight Cells Rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/JWRQUDGkB8-tN5DTV30pnwx4YJwMd-XQocegjox8IOIluOcRVqdwlVIJBn47_H-LPYDwUdnk38pBXgIJDNDYvaRjlSaY5bwBmKA4YRqHFp9ktzosfsgwU0qza9lnBRpBa2NIzt9a\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on Duplicate Values. This will pull up tracking information that needs to be imported into SC.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/mRK8WnfFdFHCHLan6OPx6Cn1uiBmnmZ7LtO1xUZGYLBRjbX-gYZfG4UNRbKbyHBEoxZkuyF0TWf9-tJ9Idl6DSofNupIVk722WJbHvIYuZkfAGTE_D1mrO_MOwMgXvUsPJH4jAVT\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>4) Importing Tracking Information into SellerCloud<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Go to SellerCloud, hover over Orders and click on Import Tracking Info<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/TwThJQKFBbi2qWTUeAbM5BT0zHRLspnhnrcDjlWwxgSsr5mGo7fweLp85nOmDVFe9lFD2qppS160Jop-e5g0C5_U5vkXfrkq9_tKi7SlaB7xW5Txf1vUzbTUHSA30-jv0NRTFQo3\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on Download Sample to download the template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/7odBpDAhO2q5xgemI5CruWtcqPRTEmIOshbDLcqwQQw8pqMpYavsoKryi6XQajGAtb0nkSSq4SNv5Uwawm627vk1lB0pxKKSQeYQ3YM1Opva_xW2r7u6LPRNeGLau1MYybMTOmYG\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Copy and paste the data from the FedEx Sheet into the Import Tracking file. Columns that need to be populated are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Order-ID (PO#), Ship-Date, Carrier-Name, Ship-Method, and Tracking-Number. Leave all other columns blank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/-eZZUueX-Jy8LurKW_M3lzim3GSDArv0i9xmFW0x_LAceCYOtRBZwJYdBE3Ue-5JlMv6NWWPx4o8mabnWm7KtqvFHoLnASkqd1peGGiaLss8S8HUVZ9yhTI15SPk-_ts6RGu5eC7\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Save the file and Upload it into SellerCloud. Select the Company name from the dropdown and select the Plugin Default.
