Images play an important role in any catalog. SellerCloud also hosts the images of selling products to send those images while publishing the catalog as needed. SellerCloud channel-specific images feature allows to use different images for different market places. Amazon requires white or no background images but if you want to add images with background or lifestyle images for other market places you can do that using this feature. Using this feature, it is possible to send different images to Amazon, Sears, Walmart, Website, and Magento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note: To enable channel-specific product images, you need to load product images on the SellerCloud. Go to the <strong>Settings<\/strong> on SellerCloud and click on <strong>Client Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/pDfS8ypRbFwwgwI-E9xUUeQc7iwMEEK3edwOcq30ghq9oMF7PdA0CEU6LAjZ3EkUhgtNsGzEAZXSV8jytdvmgfN1uZUrVo0x7lsXZWh0LHNI-JIQnjVQjEAzY0AtRfUGQQ2oqabYQfInj4pGMgIK7zM\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the <strong>Client Settings<\/strong> page, check the box beside the <strong>Enable Channel Specific Product Images<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/yGOrwh0WVEfFcpxSSMUtIE3j2vZYFID3tsxI6XasoQwPN4rI10eAODYFAZU5KzLuvg0q0WR2ZRLuAnjiTvOHd-P6VCPeUgyaFgGWvOkOV6L0ETqMWJ7zcV4E0K3pPByB9jts24qth_vv5L9hhRPZ9h0\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on the <strong>Save<\/strong> button at the bottom of the <strong>Client Settings<\/strong> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/W0zEcKrDxo8sjVIlvubMW1FhoIxluIT2yFpQanItUPjf7XsRQELLuKv-VrwdTVqT6Af7lqvTUo1l1u1TJhNdjjG2fhGTAsaMHGwKW0j7PJ-q2BSODAvGMOJhvnHrvMySCu08DNBzTvFChCDvRr4b0jI\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Go to the Inventory page on<a href=\"https:\/\/help.sellercloud.com\/omnichannel-ecommerce\/matrix-images\/\"> SellerCloud<\/a> and search with the Parent SKU for which you want to send different images in different channels. The specific item will appear, click on the SKU or Product Name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/nFSz5b5QSSqTGuf6pSmi6EXOiu8SSnUKYdg5JcpDRswqW10QVB3NxeVF22U3MAAPlB81OKMjn0bk_2RZNzbBbuCHD5k6C9EzGu2tep1ZZA321i5Uh3WRji9-F-6ztMTJrZl2thPP64l3cTZxQYhAbXE\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be taken to the <strong>Product Summary<\/strong> page. Click on Manage Channel Specific Images on Image Manager page on SellerCloud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/bVZqZNqGMkQ9U5ydhksm659nlnSlXCAYV0JR304fQR3DKN7XOHI2y7zOzHl0hLJFbUUXYKGtHpYw8mKlKXh5VVG8pRhLowO2vKriCtWqRdHHkogzl2ICOj3sPwZaY4JuviqGlWJ1YCFy88Wt08JwMpk\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Channel Specific Images page select <strong>Website<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/QqImZpopXkx1_TVZ_9yXaYS4mGfZYEhTgNg2nQ5tunp-MkQvCn2n5a3TzLfVmuJMRXMPk7-vfNari4FcMrQFibNDHy5sboqxxTCRCVegKdoDISjlUTkl7KyR9I1oMG-ggEkiwz7zg6Ib-41fBzvCf5o\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here all of the images have appeared with their sizes. Check the box beside the image, which you want to set as the primary image for your website and check other images as other image. Click on <strong>Save Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/DkXZglf0kYuuAPB53V1ACBVofc4ri7GwEguI3pls9KyakTDUOOXQvlvwUXH649SElUJOF2wbhUY_rqMwSXqnkEGdrnK0OIX63xEPqs9vazLiGMLm_VSQmKjosqznkQeNGWhkWLxKX5olbteEvvzHIf4\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Go to the Inventory page on SellerCloud again and click on the rectangle inscribed <strong>Website Enabled <\/strong>option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/Sh9Nh0hOuNljMeUmE4k0gFPq0hR2V5rLIpBH0-n9QCUrx6XIbeIMxUDRCUNG98SAXbwfVdX28_OOBOKfsVfRth8T8B8DAwM1qZZqOwkptXgCqa5so_IkrN6MzNGzfVuCWcPUgkbmpzexogoDelCYenA\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be taken to the Website Properties page, select <strong>Update images on Shopify<\/strong> from the select action menu and click on <strong>Go<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/DKi8GQ_aUTZE1N9OywppWONtvCMSUXfPy0H5AccSNBbgogpbyrNGVOXP5tyqTsYTmx_AcksWuDJjAbvIgzyhyUgtVpehx0Ib1gUzWexKlgvT3HXUJfu6FzE4a15vqlOYezq31hRwOCuvTx0WZ8ydQhU\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A notification will appear showing the images updated on Shopify. Now you will find the lifestyle primary image at first on the website catalog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/h38N4Z2ZFtZ2hIXIl5bQp-XveuhLUiPAs4lC2lPhoDtwfUFMHQnLLWrES1bJaZcSEqPpuGblCt2lIkYkNkxH_2c_LgNxsS4EQlzO27DmcZPU-iAd83bCMvXASN14Xc2sPJO-Lb-HpUM55W7LpLJ6jIY\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To upload specific channel images in bulk go to <strong>Inventory<\/strong>, click on <strong>Import Product Info<\/strong> and then<strong> Import Product Images Info<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/w126Hvv_8FgChk77mxoa3x16xGBBstnvVHbZY8klQaomtbLZUNAlOMmDHcd2_URI1B7jiksTplkw5zAij9zeqsrPtgXdSBWwJHokRcnCUBgRNaGczbNfMyYob4rXnTu00DBBdi5Aent4w8NoAtwakK0\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Download the <strong>Import Channel Specific Images<\/strong> template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/KdgIoEbcihYHQ0tCeyF2TcRLG5YdzFKJFS12j5k7Dqnpg5O3gnS9h0Sbtjr4w-DV2FkauHXjoMhgEX2U1Jzdf6lnYeESN4N1QbMlRVhg7Kms1bWBX1jlkApDqUkm7cSMwEYbSynjP1i201UFNpI73KQ\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Populate ProductID, Image ID, Channel, IsPrimary, IsAlternate columns. ProductID is the item SKU, Image ID is the image URL, in Channel column fill the column with the specific channel. IsPrimary sets the image as a primary image. This image will be used for the description. The value will be True to set or False to change the status primary to alternate. IsAlternate sets image as an alternate image this will also take True and False value to set or update the alternate status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/LXnnofDr3HUaQ1SWU4Tok76watLUvglYJ0IY1OowFj4RJ-afd37dx2bjvz-hXcYLMHRXMwYabNt1hybwGwymC4F53Pqu_E0TQE3OjnxXsDmDszQuOLKPWiFn7W-wmi_k6ZAAxWNmk_Dz0Ahe_v7L8IQ\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Import the file on <strong>Import Product Image Info<\/strong> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/rBjWvorsJg-yHhS3l8oKzLUfD6yYJdf70f5Op-RoKqfJfJ0z4NRV4XQiZgR7PQtyxQHIChJTod17Dj3CgLPH-HxsypqQQ7wfUPNRQXj04U6USzoSfT0kOvlyCPo7Rha14H8PLYzBLVU-ebkYnWCC-us\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A message will appear showing Channel specific images detail saved successfully.
