Today we will discuss about the listing process of variation item upload on Shopify from<a href=\"https:\/\/help.sellercloud.com\/omnichannel-ecommerce\/creating-and-managing-variations\/\"> Sellercloud<\/a>. So let&#8217;s begin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have already uploaded the item on SellerCloud, then find the item on SellerCloud Inventory page. Go to the Inventory page, write the SKU or Title in the Keyword\/UPC field. This rectangular sign states that if the item is enabled or disabled for Shopify. If the item is disabled then the color of the rectangle remains gray, it turns to blue as soon as the item becomes enabled for Shopify. You will see a notification showing the item is disabled on website if you hover over the rectangular sign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/N14SR5Ne0OqPYS5zlqRvcMiVtXLz9_RX82p06LWpo7RstigUbl0VOqDjT6FR69JzFVFWyzwh4d3aMcRUiznoGVy7EEOj2RTSHwjBWaYkxlfOW0rDJ5Wy7lj43fk3_xoVVlgAOCArOFA0AtXywuWyPio\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First of all, we need to make them enable for Shopify. We can do this manually one by one for every item or we can upload an Excel feed file to enable all of the items at a time. For the manual purpose, we need to click on the rectangular sign to go to the website properties page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/nUsZKX53X1A6GP17lHqM_-WDKbCNSyNO8hr3DO2hrzx2kusplvsllee9_hGEdo3-rvSEsHanysEuSyAbRlmI9vclZnXzbunpsLIZum8H2VkFDGx0QqsBlfJffzS1eD2VOXjYDXYLc5_tqeWEos219XY\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, you are on the Website Properties page and you need to enable this item on the website. Check the box at the left side of the \u201c<strong>Web Enabled<\/strong>\u201d at the top left corner of the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/8N7IG7Fru8qeDN62XyHk4nDkCUnq2Zgrluv4e7xN5nHlIGDMerkVFVMmgkXoJS2ih2WyBVWIG3Py0SbxfaQ_sSjvfHMtjEcQiK_lppOAQb3afCt_7nbh5lxteKaKNGQLs_f7Gp2PUHAJW_xpEqOloZc\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on the <strong>Update<\/strong> button at the bottom of the Website Properties Page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/M_PSTUYZ0TNnF5YYnzDmgRJKOFlc9p5Be-t5d34TBLFLXnZhN48PtCokU_hAWkC4M_-CmcDdNC_OqeXm3ZKWFYmxrBYeH5TvmDfrncUCCxRnHI4g6lmRbCeb0owqU8cRA3Ey_U1m4PHbdNC3xk7NBTs\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Again, you will notice a notification on the top showing that, the Product information updated successfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/V2MpVlb77AijfxLB5hErZFp9UB-v4uZpIBPc_KcL8f_YhwfQQLfV_XVfbu4cUo46l3sD9N-M2CPtMCDv8V3QI_4F2ihzBci9iP2qdCGwaxBgn8w2h73ACuuwWlmeLjRpMJNGzpyEnW5d5oHsOszKW1g\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To enable items in bulk for website, you need to upload a template feed. Check the box to select all of the items and select <strong>Custom Export<\/strong> from the dropdown.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/j_-bE3NYVK7CUiSuBIOzuArgM5M5p2TihKEZrokPvBEmghogD9Rm635ktJOhqxZa5ZJUXEqwgtYpVJv166E2xRGD1kE92HwWy33YrO3yXzoSnTqmTDCmd5NOfnikQNwpr6bEOAKMFGzkAPMsAduPjOs\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will get to see the <strong>Custom Export<\/strong> page. Click on the <strong>Web Enabled<\/strong> and select the <strong>Export File Format<\/strong> from the dropdown. Finally, click on <strong>Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/ikkRys4KOAoy0J0vuFpw4QH8pbET1R8uz6va7-DPb9kSjaTk4ZhFbIYlmbqoww6fI8oIi9v8m-LQlPldWHuHiFxywh6pX5aGQctaXNwMK6DAYIaj8Enn7AY6SD5bCyPxXiG2cbqcdfIw9sen1a7ZywU\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will find a <strong>Job ID<\/strong> number to monitor the status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/fTEvYCaSv3zihWw5inirnnBBi33IKcQH6QVuSznjw8iNvvFuOqRQL3nQX3N4s4tJ9Pl8srqOkJdcaOrL8NFZxS2mKxZsObvNXCgpcLTLdFI2P_dXDKjqyQEOGOaRYpgOiJAcv_Desz9-ZNDeIy6Mq4w\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By clicking the <strong>ID<\/strong>, you will be taken to the <strong>Job Details<\/strong> page. While the job status shows <strong>Completed<\/strong>, then click on the <strong>Output File<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/1Mh50ZBtajb2kfWXrzFDeGFg582AhexkMbsFpHRZ7lzBeXvdQDTVwCXCrx88WyV5CKSRrrVglxyywzASWscWBOkyKm0oc7lTXdcB-4EAfVrIkg9T94B9VL8UGjXvSN45503KPfxv70-JkNSx600sRWU\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here, you can see the downloaded Excel file. You can visually perceive that, the <strong>Web Enabled<\/strong> value is <strong>False<\/strong> for every item here on<a href=\"https:\/\/help.sellercloud.com\/omnichannel-ecommerce\/matrix-images\/\"> SellerCloud<\/a>. In this situation, we need to change the value to <strong>True<\/strong> to enable them for the website page.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/LiQHaYH2U0KLVh-YV6f_cklPGALaivjME9dKd8ooP4zNESTsaDCmyvQFr_6Im1Rc2uZpMHoNTD7pqCQRpQjNd6IztPDGtHsLtfPgMkS_aYr1RSxbx4Wdzg2ol3coqNdtSF6h4vL2fJ3cqapKZAo4c4c\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The value has been changed to True.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/LjDaXybyAStAzm4W0TpKdLA9yCIyTMwITeCUmeIJ37NN__1ND6WwIIIHtbu7-xHbkiI4raKzxQ3wI5U8Ip72QlZSurn4mwKn48o0-bXLKGWUT4XJ9D-jss1YPA9ffd77HxytHJ2vedr5x_94mOiSgM4\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Go to the<strong> Inventory<\/strong> page and click on <strong>Bulk Update Products<\/strong>. Click on <strong>Create Product<\/strong> if none exists, then select the <strong>Update Products<\/strong> from company and click <strong>Choose File <\/strong>to upload the file here<strong> <\/strong>and <strong>File Type <\/strong>to Excel. Finally submit it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/KKIWeyhMJs0w88rWBfcMdSYTTkLqdwKCaJOHCJW0pefxbXaD0YaxIwmeEv3mB_OzkNUmTBe9PODpdI_E4PKwkXq1gBOCaoTsOCqhgFQDfNov2bD3ERfq6GhoNLJV3pmX9LkZTx9tkmokKmBA4vAMdac\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you search again on the Inventory page with the SKU or Title, you will notice the color of the rectangular sign has changed to blue, that was previously in gray.
