Now you will need to configure settings for import format to match your file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So let\u2019s see how to setup the import format<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n- Navigate toSettings > Inventory Settings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
2. Choose \u201cImport Format\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n
\n<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n- To create a file format Click\u2018Add New\u2019 button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

(** Note: Here I choose \u201cALL\u201d for the Storefront and one of my Warehouses as on the Warehouse field. **)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nImportant thing to note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nNumber 1: For uploading quantities, you have to select a warehouse from the drop-down menu(I chose my primary warehouse). Save and then use the Warehouse Quantity attribute in the format.<\/p>\n\n\n
\n<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\nNumber 2: upload listing attribute data. Before that, you have to select the storefront. Data is in reference to from the storefront drop-down menu.<\/p>\n\n\n

\n- Before process the 2nd step we need to create a \u201cInventory Upload\u201d. First, make an \u201cInventory Upload\u201d file where there are only 2 columns ( Because we have created 2 formats )
To download the template file that we just created go to \u201cimport format\u201d again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nThen find the template and click excel preview button on the right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n- #SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- #Warehouse Quantity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
After inputting 2 columns informations, save the file.<\/p>\n\n\n
