First of all Go to the \u201cRakuten RMS Portal\u201d site<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click to the \u201cProduct Catalog\u201d drop down box and select \u201cProducts\u201d option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In the Products, section Click to the \u201cBulk Actions\u201d drop-down box and select \u201cDownload All Products\u201d option.<\/p>\n\n\n

Step 4:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In order to update the inventory in Rakuten, we need to download a Feed Template file. So here select the File Type \u201cCSV\u201d or \u201cExcel\u201d . Then, in the Fields section choose \u201cMinimal \u2013 Only Price and Quantity\u201d and click to the \u201cDownload\u201d button to download the Feed Template.<\/p>\n\n\n

After Automatically download the file, open the file. Here you can see some columns name like SKU, base_sku, name,\u2026\u2026etc. But we are updating inventory. So go to the \u201cquantity\u201d column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to the product section again. But this time Click on the \u201cBulk Actions\u201d drop-down box and select \u201cUpload Product Feed\u201d option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Upload Product Feed section Click \u201cUpload Product Feed\u201d button to upload the file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select \u201cAdd\/Edit Products\u201d and Choose your saved feed file and click \u201cUpload\u201d button to finish the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, after uploading the file here you can see the \u201cUpload Status\u201d of your file. Evenmore, you can also see how many items got successfully uploaded or failed.
