This is done per selling channel (Source \/ SubSource).<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Linnworks Stock Item Linking Import in Bulk | Link with CSV File | Linnworks Inventory Mapping 2023\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9zdWR9gq54U?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here we are going to show the process of how to link channel SKUs in bulk with Linnworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Feed File Preparing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open a black excel sheet, then input column names like SKU, Linked SKU Custom Label, Source, SubSource<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/TxzIia7s2cbptUjkTXeu0Fe30hsvPc-qtWR5cUcGWx5D43sSLwMRQWGZ7mzUUmkKWOcMW6ETF2RSVKLvt7hNClLAB6UWb9gy1rWKrEA9fSPsqCICpPkQpPpNJaITQsq3SAxSA5fniSVmFYxHk-9BRMk\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 On the <strong>SKU<\/strong> column input the Linnworks SKU<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 <strong>Linked SKU Custom Label<\/strong>, on this column input the channel SKU that you want to link with Linnworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 And then enter the <strong>Source <\/strong>and <strong>Subsource <\/strong>of the Channel SKU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is possible to link more than one listing per channel to a single item in the Linnworks Inventory. This is done by including multiple rows for the SKU, Source, and SubSource but with a different linked SKU Custom Label.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your basic feed file is ready at this moment for linking the Marketplace SKU with Linnworks.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But additionally, you can also input other necessary values in bulk like <strong>End When Stock<\/strong>, <strong>Max Listed Quantity<\/strong>, and <strong>Stock Percentage<\/strong>. Which you can find on your inventory Mapping Screen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you don\u2019t know about these attributes then you can find a detailed explanation of them here (attach URL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also add a column for <strong>Ignore Sync<\/strong>. Linnworks will ignore and will not send a revised stock level to the listing if the available quantity in Linnworks changes. The values will be true or false. It will take 5-10 minutes to process the file.
