How to Fix Wrong Processed Orders on ShipStation

ShipStation is a shipping software that runs as a SaaS (Software as a Service). This platform is for packaging and LTL transportation management. It is a rapidly evolving technology that many small businesses turn to as they expand their operations. You can complete your order correctly and meticulously by using ShipStation. If you need to fix something that went wrong with the already processed orders for shipment, please keep reading this article. In this article, we will guide you on How to fix wrong processed orders on ShipStation.

How Does ShipStation Work?

In ShipStation, you need to import orders from wherever you want to sell and generate shipping labels for however you want to ship. ShipStation alerts the selling channel and your customer of the shipment by providing tracking of shipment and governs returns.

Now, let’s go through the process.

Step 1: First log in to your ShipStation account.

Step 2: Now, Click on Shipment Menu from the left tab of the page.

Step 3: Then Click on the Batches Menu that, belongs under the  Shipment Menu.

Step 4: Now, select your wrong batch or orders which you have already processed but want to change the other shipping option.

Step 5: Click on the red marked Batch label from the pop-up window.

Step 6: Now, select the orders you want to fix, and click on the Void Shipment button.

Step 7: Another pop-up window will appear, then click on the Next button.

Step 8: You are almost done to void your shipments.  Just, click on the Finish button to void properly

Your desired orders that were processed but in the incorrect batch have now been successfully voided. You can use those canceled orders to make a new batch and edit them as needed for your order processing.

Following that, you must return to the previous ShipStation layout, because the new layout does not allow you to establish a new batch label. So, Click on the Try Now button that is located on the top bar of the page. This will take you to the old layout.

Step 9: Now, click on the Awaiting Shipment Button from the left Tab.

Step 10: Select your desired orders from here and then click on Create a New Batch at the bottom left of the page.

After batch processing, this is the only way to adjust delivery selections.

To conclude, ShipStation provides powerful automation tools, a mobile app, and branded tracking page for sellers. So you don’t need to take shipping hassle and can focus more to grow up your business. We hope, now you understand the entire procedure for fixing ShipStation orders that were incorrectly processed.
