Content is one of the most important factors in increasing your sales. In Targer Plus, better content will lead to bigger sales. Target Plus also provides various resources to reach the expected level. 

Target Plus will analyze your content based on their requirements. They will provide a rating for your content. If the rating is low, then you have to improve your listing. The perfect content is the only way to boost sales on Target Plus.

From your Target Seller Account dashboard, click Performance from the menu. Then click on item insights.

On the new page, download the score report by clicking on Download Score Report. Then open the downloaded file.

If you can enter Target Plus as a seller, there is a guarantee you can make a minimum sale. Because there is an advantage for the sellers if the competition is low. Sometimes sellers ignore some important points and get a lower amount of sales than expected. 

There is a concern for sellers as well. If your item fails to make any sales for 120 days, Target Plus will unlist your item. So sellers should be more serious about it.

You should have a minimum of 8 reviews in your listing. As you know, reviews help shoppers by providing them with information and insights from other consumers who have already used the product. On Target Plus, even one review can lead to a 2.5-fold increase in conversion.

4. Long Copy

Your long copy should have at least 50 words. Customers convert 13 to 17 times higher when they interact with Long Copy. A unique copy can increase search ranking and traffic.   • Yellow means the health is OK, but there are scopes to improve it more. 
  • Red means they are in poor health. We must find the red items, see what’s wrong with them, and take the necessary actions to improve them.

We selected a random TCIN to utilize this data more significantly. If you look at the right side, you’ll see it has one unanswered question, only 4 reviews, and no size chart on its product detail page. Also, this item has no video as well. 

After the analysis, we found our selected TCIN didn’t meet the standard listing requirements of Target Plus. We need to answer the question, which has been ignored. We need more reviews, a size chart, and a video. If we can do these, the health rating will increase. 

In this way, you can find the issues with your items and take action to solve them. Then you will notice an increase in our overall health rating. 

How to Increase the Content Rating

It is quite difficult to get a good number of reviews and ratings. But we can use some strategy to get ratings. We should use more than three images in our listing. It is the best practice on Target Plus. Target also mentions working with an integrator to upload additional images.

There is another way to get reviews. That is Bullseye, a sampling program that sends your products into the hands of Target’s most loyal customers. Then they will provide honest reviews on Target.com based on their experience with your product. These reviews can be collected pre-launch, which is a great way to launch a new product.
